Poster Display and Poster Session

Displaying your poster

There will be two poster sessions:

  • Sunday 8 June from 4:45pm– 6:15pm
  • Monday 9 June from 8:00pm – 9:30pm

Poster Session One: Sunday 8 June, 4.45pm-6.15pm, posters #100-#190

  • Put posters up on Sunday prior to or during morning tea (10:30-11:00), stand by poster to present at allocated time (16:45-18:15) and remove poster by Monday lunch time and before 13:00.

Poster Session Two: Monday 9 June, 8pm-9.30pm, posters #191-#279

  • Put posters up on Monday during lunch time from 13:00, stand by poster to present at allocated time (20:00-21:30) and remove poster Tuesday during lunch time (12:40– 14:10).

Beverages will be available at the session, drink tokens will be provided.
