Oral Presentations

Speaker Preparation 

Please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB to The Grand Ballroom at the start of the break preceding your session to be loaded and tested. If possible, please bring the presentation to be loaded on the day prior. Please be back in the room 5-10 minutes prior to your session start time to meet your Chairs for a quick briefing. A technician will be on hand to assist with any issues and to help you check your presentation. The preferred presentation dimensions are 16:9 however 4:3 will also display sufficiently.
